      Transaction-related fees, including currency exchange and service charges, are communicated upfront. Chargebacks & Refunds: Merchants handle customer disputes directly. Fees may apply for chargeback incidents.
  3. Compliance & Regulatory

    1. KYC & AML Requirements

      Merchants must adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards to prevent illegal activities. We may request documentation to ensure compliance.
    2. Jurisdictional Compliance

      Merchants are responsible for adhering to all applicable local and international laws. Data Privacy & Protection: Merchants are required to handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with data privacy laws.
  4. Advertising & Marketing

    1. Responsible Advertising

      We expect ethical and legal advertising practices. Ads that mislead or harm Crescendo Craft’s reputation will not be accepted.
    2. Content Approval

      Crescendo Craft reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove ad content.
    3. Third-Party Compliance

      Merchants using third-party services for ads must ensure these parties meet Crescendo Craft’s standards.
  5. Fraud Prevention & Security
