Ad Management Services – Payment Process & Terms

At Crescendo Craft, we make it simple for businesses to deploy, manage, and pay for digital advertising campaigns across Africa and globally. Our ad management platform is designed for flexibility, transparency, and compliance — whether you're running one campaign or scaling across multiple markets

  1. Onboarding & Campaign Setup

    1. Clients begin by creating an account on our platform.

    2. During onboarding, you’ll select your preferred ad package or request a custom campaign strategy

    3. After reviewing campaign goals, budget, and duration, we provide a media plan and estimated spend.

  2. Payment Before Activation

    1. All advertising campaigns are prepaid.

    2. Once a campaign plan is approved, clients receive a pro forma invoice with the total ad spend and our service fee.

    3. Upon payment confirmation, campaigns are launched within 24–48 hours.

  3. Accepted Payment Methods

    1. Bank transfers (all currencies)

    2. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard)

    3. Mobile money

    4. International wire transfers

  4. Currency & FX Management

    1. For campaigns billed in foreign currencies, Crescendo Craft provides FX conversion support.

    2. We partner with licensed FX providers and manage regulatory approvals where required (e.g., CBN approval in Nigeria).

  5. Reporting & Top-Ups

    1. You can monitor your campaign spend in real-time through your dashboard.

    2. If your balance runs low, you’ll receive an automatic prompt to top up and avoid interruptions.

    3. Monthly summaries and receipts are available for download at any time.

  6. Refunds & Adjustments

    1. If a campaign is paused or canceled early, unused balances (excluding service fees) can be

      1. Held as credit for future campaigns, or

      2. Refunded, subject to our refund policy.
