At Crescendo Craft Digital Limited ("Crescendo Craft," "we," "our," or "us"), we’re committed to making sure your experience with our ad management services is smooth and hassle-free. This policy explains how we fulfill our services, handle refunds, and manage cancellations, so you always know what to expect.

    1. Getting Started

      Once you’ve signed up and made a payment, we’ll activate your ad management services within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement. The exact timing depends on factors like your campaign’s complexity, budget allocation, and approvals from ad platforms.
    2. Running Your Ad Campaigns

      We’ll launch your campaigns based on the agreed schedule, but we need your help too! To avoid delays, please send us all necessary details like creative assets, targeting preferences, and budget approvals on time.
    3. Working with Third-Party Platforms

      Since we run ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, some things are out of our hands. Occasionally, approvals or technical issues on their end might cause delays, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  2. Refund Policy

    1. When Refunds Are Possible

      Because we operate on a prepaid model and allocate your advertising budget to third-party platforms, refunds aren’t typically available. However, we may consider a refund if:
      • You were accidentally overcharged due to a technical issue
      • Your campaign didn’t launch due to an error on our part, and we weren’t able to fix it within 7 business days.
      • A legal or regulatory issue prevents your campaign from running, and the ad budget hasn’t been used yet.
      If you think you qualify for a refund, please email info@crescendocraft.com with the details and any supporting documents. If approved, we’ll process the refund within 14 business days and return it to the original payment method.
    2. What's Non-Refundable?

      We can’t offer refunds for:
      • Ad spend already used on third-party platforms
      • Completed campaigns and services already delivered
      • Consultation, strategy, and campaign setup fees
  3. Cancellation Policy

    1. Canceling a Subscription

      If you’re on a subscription plan, you can cancel anytime just send us written notice at least 14 days before your next billing cycle. Your subscription will end after the current billing period.
    2. Canceling an Ad Campaign

      If you need to cancel a campaign, let us know before it launches. If the campaign has already started, we can’t refund services already provided, but we may refund any unused ad spend, depending on the circumstances.
    3. Compliance & Platform Restrictions

      Ad platforms have their own rules, and sometimes they may restrict or suspend campaigns that don’t comply. If this happens due to policy violations or issues on your end, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Please make sure your ads follow the guidelines of the platforms we work with.
